Hannah Simpson is an exceptional realtor! We were out of town buyers, and she guided us from start to finish for an Ottawa purchase. Hannah is professional, knowledgeable and personable. Here are some of the main reasons she is outstanding: 1-Communicator: From our first meeting with her, she was always clear, transparent and efficient. She made herself available at times that worked for us, and would send photos and videos, and set up virtual showings when required.. She was also very responsive and answered our many questions patiently. 2-Organizer: She organized viewings expertly to maximize our time. After the viewings, she obtained followup information for all of our questions. 3-Advisor. She gave advice on good properties, but never pushed a decision. Her experience and knowledge of the market was critical to helping us make decisions. 4-Comprehensive. From start to closing day, she helped with paperwork, provincial rules, bylaws and even condominium rules. She helped to inspect the properties, finding small defects and potential issues. She walked us clearly through the purchase process. After closing day, she helped us even further, providing tremendous assistance in finding an ideal tenant. Overall, we cannot thank her enough for her professionalism and hard work. She made a difficult process as straightforward and pleasant as possible. We feel incredibly lucky that she was our realtor, and we can absolutely recommend her! 10/10.

I am writing this review first hand because my God Daughter Melissa Wroblewski had recommended her friend Nancy from Premier but because she was unavailable she sent us Brenna and we are truly greatful for that. We could not have asked for a better agent. Brenna made a stressful relocation from Sudbury to Embrun easier.  We had a lot of wishes since we were buying with our adult daughters who would be taking the basement to live in with us having the upstairs. We started looking in January and put our trust in Brenna and the girls to find us the perfect house. Finally in May after selling our house we found the perfect one and jumped on it before they had their open house.
